C.A.S.E. Instructional Support Team

The C.A.S.E. Instructional Support Team provides C.A.S.E. member districts with academic/behavior interventions for classrooms, teams or individuals.  IST Facilitators provide professional development tailored to individual or group needs. The team is committed to evidenced-based practices and a pro-active, collaborative approach.  The Instructional Support Team has extensive training in problem solving, research based interventions, and applied behavior analysis.  Districts can submit a referral to this team for a variety of needs (i.e. coaching, modeling, professional development, student/classroom interventions, crisis management and classroom organization.

C.A.S.E. Instructional Support Team Referral Process

1. Access the form on the C.A.S.E. website for individual or group needs.

2. Obtain District Director signature and submit form to C.A.S.E. office (attention: Cindy D’Ambrosio, Assistant Director.

3. Upon receipt of completed form, a member of the team will schedule times for initial meeting/phone conversation to gather information.

4. The Instructional Support Team facilitator will identify and share a written response of next steps.  A written report of interventions will be documented and shared throughout the process.
